Jeff and Jonna Maurer have been doing renovation and
construction projects since 1995. We have offices in Raleigh,
Topsail Island, and Boone, NC. Because we are positioned in
these locations, we are available to handle construction projects
for your first or second home.
Jeff grew up in Virginia Beach, Va., but moved to Raleigh, NC, to
attend North Carolina State University where he received his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. After graduation, he
worked in sales for several software companies based in RTP
and California. While working in the software industry, Jeff
construction projects since 1995. We have offices in Raleigh,
Topsail Island, and Boone, NC. Because we are positioned in
these locations, we are available to handle construction projects
for your first or second home.

renovated houses in Raleigh including homes in Boylan Heights, University Park, and on Dixie Trail. Jeff is a
licensed General Contractor. Jonna grew up in Goldsboro, NC, and began her career in design at Peace
College where she studied Interior Design and English Literature. She continued her studies at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. After
graduation, she worked in the software industry as a technical writer and software documentation manager for
several companies based in Raleigh and RTP. While working, she continued studying design at UNC-G as a
student in the Interior Architecture program and at Meredith as a student in the Interior Design program.
Jeff and Jonna are active in the community and manage the Dixie Trail Holiday ArtWalk in Raleigh each year.
